I discovered real estate at 2AM watching an infomercial. It sparked an obsession that would change everything.

Through real estate, I built 150 houses and accumulated $20 million. Success. Or so I thought.

The financial crisis hit. Everything collapsed overnight. But the loss taught me more than the success ever did.

My father retired unprepared and broke. He had worked his entire life. That moment changed my purpose forever.

I discovered Congress allowed people to self-direct retirement plans in 1973. Nobody was talking about it. Everything made sense.

I founded eQRP® to help people do what Congress intended: take control of their retirement and build real wealth.

My father was diagnosed with cancer on Thanksgiving. But he died with peace—knowing his grandchildren's future was secure because of eQRP®. That's why I do this.
